Russian Premiere: Sofia Gubaidulina’s “Alleluja“ in St. Petersburg

Sofia Gubaidulina's “Alleluja” for mixed choir, boy soprano, organ and orchestra will be given its Russian premiere on 29 March 2012 during the course of the “Great Lenten Concerts” at the Philharmonia in St. Petersburg.

Alongside the premiere of “Alleluja,” the works “Two Paths” for violas and orchestra and “The Rider on the White Horse” for organ and orchestra will be performed at the concert by the Choir of the Michailow Theatre and the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Andres Mustonen.
