Between 1972 and 1973 the ingenious Argentine-Jewish-Anatolian composer Atanasio Khyrsh carries out a series of experiments together with the Marburg behavioural researcher Justus Behr. These investigations concerning the relationship between image and sound and their common effect on the human psyche, or on the area of our perception designated by Khyrsh as KlaNNg, took place exclusively in cinemas. For unexplained reasons, the series of experiments was suddenly interrupted; Atanasio Khyrsch completely withdrew from the new music scene and Justus Behr has been missing ever since. Based on the notes handed down by Atanasio Khyrsh, Moritz Eggert has attempted to reconstruct the second series of experiments from the summer of 1973. Special attention has been given to the final, mysterious Experiment 24.
