Elena Firsova is Composer in Residence at the Fürstensaal Classix in Kempten

Elena Firsova, the Russian composer living in Great Britain, turned sixty during March of this year. Many events this year were and are been dedicated to her and this occasion. On 9 September, Firsova’s new orchestral work “Beyond the Seven Seals” will be given its world premiere by the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse under the direction of Tugan Sokhiev in the French metropolis of Toulouse. In September, Elena Firsova will be composer in residence at the renowned chamber music festival “Fürstensaal Classix” (15.-19.09.2010) in Kempten (Allgäu).
