NDR Weekend with Peter Ruzicka

In connection with the world premiere of Peter Ruzicka's CELAN SYMPHONY on 10 October 2003 by the NDR (North German Radio) Hamburg, a chamber concert will take place on 11 October 2003 at which the following of Ruzicka's works will be performed:

Peter Ruzicka:

Tombeau for Flute and String Quartet

"... About a Disappearance" (3rd String Quartet)

"... Who Smashed the Songs." Stele for Paul Celan for Baritone and Chamber Ensemble

"...Losing Oneself" for String Quartet and Sprechstimme (4th String Quartet)

The interpreters are the Arditti Quartet, Burkhard Jckle (flute), Keiko Suzuki (piano), the Inorog Trio, Martin Bruhns (baritone) and Wilhelm Wieben (recitation).

Preceding this concert, the portrait film "Peter Ruzicka - My Life" by Felix Schmidt will be shown.
