Krzysztof Meyer’s “Three Algorithmic Etudes” for piano to be premiered in Lublin

Polish composer Krzysztof Meyer's piano work is immensely versatile. Some time ago, Meyer presented three new piano works, which have since already been published by Sikorski: Bagatelle op. 135 (SIK 1692), Fantasy op. 136 (SIK 1693) and "Three Algorithmic Etudes" op. 137 (SIK 1694). The “Three Algorithmic Etudes”, which were commissioned by Arte Fundacja Kultury i Edukacji from Warsaw, will now be premiered by the pianist Piotr Salajczyk in Stalowa Wola, Poland, unlike originally announced. If you would like to discover more of Krzysztof Meyer's extraordinary piano oeuvre, we also recommend the complete recording of his piano works by Polish pianist Marek Szlezer, which is currently in progress and will be released on the DUX label.
