Three International Classical Music Awards in 2021 or works by Sikorski Music Publishers

In the Audio and Video Awards, Sikorski Music Publishers are represented in the category ‘Concertos’ by the Hyperion recording of Shostakovich’s Cello Concertos featuring Alban Gerhardt and in the category ‘Historical Recordings’ with a CD released by Profil comprising recordings of Shostakovich's piano works performed by Shostakovich, Gilels, Nikolayeva and Richter. The Dmitry Kitayenko Collection, published by Melodia and featuring works by Butsko, Kabalevsky and Khachaturian, was honoured in the category ‘Best Collection’. 

The International Classical Music Awards are prizes awarded in various categories and since 2011 have replaced the MIDEM Classical Awards, that were presented annually at MIDEM in Cannes. The jury is made up of critics from leading European music magazines.
