“Crossroads No. 5”: Premiere of a new work by Benjamin Yusupov in Haifa
The world premiere of Benjamin Yusupov’s new chamber work “Crossroads No. 5” for string sextet will take place in Haifa (Israel) on 9 December 2008.
The soloists performing the work, which was commissioned by the Israel Chamber Music Society, will be Guy Braunfels and Eliron Cziger (violins), Amichai Grosz and Ori Kam (violas) and Kristina Reiko Cooper and Zvi Plesser (violoncelli).
Further performances of the new work will take place on 10 December in Tel Aviv and on 11 December in Jerusalem.
