„Se solen sjunker“
Jan Müller-Wielands 'Se solen sjunker' is the title of an old Swedish folksong and can be translated as 'Look, the sun is setting' (see Nietzsche). Franz Schubert, who became acquainted with this song through Franz Schober, who was from Sweden, and the Swedish singer Isak Albert Berg, who was a guest in Vienna during the winter of 1827/28, already used it in the second movement (Andante con moto) of his Trio in E-flat major.
